ABOUT US
Alice & Emily
Emily discovered yoga in 2000 and Alice in 2007, both for their own reasons (hello anxiety, hello insomnia, hello weight loss) that eventually morphed into this deep love for the challenging (and sweaty) workout, the connection, the grounding and the deep sense of peace. Emily and Alice have combined over 20 years of teaching experience and are continually humbled and inspired by the practice and by teaching.
Their backgrounds and interests in yoga range from working with people 3 to 83, top performing endurance athletes, absolute self-described "non-yogis", and long-time practitioners. They love that yoga lets them dive into alignment, expression, empowerment, and slowing way down.
They are so excited to finally get to join forces in Hawaii for a energizing, grounding, and fun getaway.
